OTD Website Redesign

I created the design concepts for the Otago Daily Times newspapers responsive website redesign. This included designing page layout, icon design, usability and content hierarchy.
 

It was important that my design covered a large variety of content type and subject matter. I used a modern design with lots of white space letting the content be the main focus for the user. The design required that the current content on the previous website be able to be used within the template, while also thinking of future uses and areas that the business might wish to expand into.
