The episode is about a haunting of a family in the Isle of Man during the 1930s. Last Podcast on the Left is my favourite podcast couldn't recommend it enough!

Length

Place the end of the tape beside the collar at the top of the tee (Highest Point Shoulder). Pull the tape measure to the bottom of the shirt.

Chest

Measure yourself around the fullest part of your chest. Keep the tape measure horizontal.

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colours.

No fabric softeners.

Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.

Do not dry clean.

Machine wash T-shirt inside out

Try putting it in a fabric zippy bag to protect it

Wash with fabrics of similar weight

Hang / air dry instead of machine drying
