I created two new e-commerce websites from scratch. This project required an extremely tight turnaround of only 1 ½ months. I was required to communicate with in-house and out-of-house parties. I organised and executed all aspects of this project, including improving products fulfilment times by automating large parts of the procedure. I created a design that was engaging and has already seen some amazing results with higher customer conversions and improved membership numbers.
